Inspiring The Minds of 11-16 Year Olds Through Therapy, Mentoring, Entrepreneurship & Digital Skills
We're dedicated to embedding unstoppable confidence in children who are on part-time timetables, been permanently excluded or are out of school. No child deserves to miss out on an education or social interaction with their peers. We ensure all our creators feel included, valued and leave with life skills that will help them flourish and thrive in any environment. Happiness is our number 1 priority.
Through our staff, curriculum & weekly speakers. We raise the confidence and self-esteem of every child and teach them to believe in themselves.
Many of our kids have been isolated by society. We provide a safe, supportive and secure environment for our creators and their parents.
Developing effective communication skills ensures ultimate success in our kids. From expressing how they feel to applying for their first job.
Every morning our bespoke 'Mind Gym' teaches children to show compassion and respect to others and most importantly themselves.
Rather than focusing on WHAT the child may have done. We focus on WHY they acted in a certain way. We dig deep into the root cause of the reason a child feels angry or anxious and then work to reframe their thinking. When you change your thoughts, you change your life.
Affirmations, meditation and gratitude all help in reprogramming the minds of our children. At The Oxford Creators, we have developed a range of routines and exercises that will train our kids to think positive thoughts and see the world in a new perspective.
Every week we are joined by a speaker from the local community (and sometimes we may have some surprise guests from further a field!) We show our creators what they can achieve by introducing them to CEO's and professionals from all walks of life. Get ready to be inspired
