Oxford Creators is a trauma-informed, strengths-based alternative provision nurturing young people aged 11–16. We support children with EHCPs, on reduced timetables or at risk of exclusion from school.
"We are determined to be the community where no student is defined by their behaviour. Every young person has the chance to rewrite what comes next."
Oxford Creators supports young people aged 11–16 whose needs are not currently being met in mainstream education. We create a bespoke package of support and provision for each student, tailored to their individual needs, strengths and interests. This can include 1:1 and group mentoring, Maths and English tutoring, emotional regulation support, football, boxing, outdoor education, cooking, podcasting, photography, creative and therapeutic activities.
We ensure all our creators feel included, valued and leave with life skills that will help them flourish and thrive in any environment.
We build the pathway - by creating personalised next steps through GCSE and functional skills qualifications, volunteering and CV writing.
From wellbeing sessions for parents to SEN trainings for teachers and our very own podcast — we're building a community around every young person.
